金融危机背景下中国房地产业信贷风险研究 被引量:4

Study on the Credit Risk in China's Real Estate under the Circumstance of Financial Crisis

摘要 由美国次级住房抵押贷款市场动荡引起的金融危机对全球金融市场产生了巨大的冲击。中国经济与世界经济的关联日益紧密,面对全球性经济金融风暴的到来,中国不可避免的受到影响。本文剖析了美国次贷危机的生成和发展机理,通过深入比较中国和美国的房地产市场特征,同时分析了近十年来中国银行业金融系统的资产及风险状况,最终得出了中国银行业发展基本保持平稳,房地产行业信贷风险可控的研究结论。 The financial crisis which caused by the US subprime loan crisis has had the huge impact on the whole world financial market.The economic connection between China and the world is getting closer,China is inevitably involved in the global financial storm.This article analyzed the mechanism of American subprime loan crisis' eruption and development,and through the comparison between the US and China in the characteristics of the real estate market,it also analyzed the property and the risk in China's financial system in the past ten years.Then the conclusion showed that the banking industry in China was developing steadily and the credit risk of real estate market could be controlled well.
