摘要
目的:制备一种新型的全固态麻黄碱电极,并对其性能和应用进行研究。方法:首先制备以脲醛树脂为框架的、KCl粉末为活性物质的Ag/AgCl固体参比电极,然后以此固体参比电极为基体、以含麻黄碱四苯硼酸离子对缔合物的PVC膜为敏感元件,组装成全固态麻黄碱电极。结果:电极具有良好的稳定性,其Nernstian线性响应范围为5×10-4~1×10-1mol/L,斜率为56.7mV/pC,检测下限为2.5×10-4mol/L,使用寿命不少于8个月。结论:电极能用于盐酸麻黄碱制剂的含量测定,并为离子选择性电极的制备提供了一种新方法。
Objective:To prepare a new type of all-solid-state ion selective electrode and to study its properties and application.Methods:Using urea-formaldehyde resin as a frame material and KCl powder as active component,an Ag/AgCl solid state electrode was prepared.Then,using the prepared Ag/AgCl solid state electrode as substrate and a PVC membrane containing ephedrine tetraphenylboarate ion-pair complex as sensor,the all-solid-state ephedrine electrode was constructed.Results:The electrode showed a rather good stability.The Nernstian linear response over the concentration range of the electrode was between 5.0×10-4~1.0×10-1 mol/L with slope of 56.7 mV/decade and detection limit of 2.5×10-4mol/L.The lifetime of the electrode lasted at least 8 months.Conclusion:The electrode can be used for potentiometric determination of ephedrine in pharmaceutical preparations and a new method has been provided for the preparation of ion selective electrode.
