摘要
[目的]调查民航男性飞行人员血脂水平、高脂血症的发病情况和类型分布及其可能的影响因素。[方法]以民航男性飞行人员336人为调查对象,测定静脉血血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并记录其飞行工作资料。[结果]民航男性飞行人员各年龄组的TG平均水平均高于1.70mmol/L,高脂血症的患病率为50.9%,主导类型为高TG型。高脂血症组飞行工龄、累计飞行小时高于血脂正常组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),TG水平与年均飞行小时、累计飞行小时均呈直线相关关系。而吸烟组与不吸烟组及饮酒组与不饮酒组人群相比,其血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对高脂血症和高TG血症相关因子进行Logistic回归分析,结果均只有体质指数(BMI)进入回归方程,同时BMI与累计飞行小时、年均飞行小时均呈直线相关关系。[结论]民航男性飞行人员血清TG水平升高明显,高脂血症患病率较高,且类型以高TG型为主,航空飞行环境可能存在影响飞行人员血脂水平的重要因素。
[ Objective ] To investigate blood lipid level and the prevalence and types of hyperlipidemia in male aircrew members of civil aviation, and to discuss the possible reasons. [ Methods ] Three hundred and thirty-six male aircrew members were examined. The indices included total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG ), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ) in serum. Working data were also collected. [ Results ] The serum TG level in different age groups of male aircrew members of civil aviation were all higher than 1.70mmol/LThe prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia was 50.9%. The predominant type was high TG. Flying years and accumulated flying hours in groups of hyperlipidemia were higher than normal with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was linear relationship between serum TG and annual flying hours, accumulated flying hours. There were no significant differences in TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C in serum between groups of smoking and non-smoking, and between groups of drinking and non-drinking. The results of multi-factor binary Logistic regression analysis of high TG and hyperlipidemia related factors were similar. Only body mass index( BMI )entered into regression equation. [ Conclusion ] The serum TG level in different age groups of male alrcrew members of civil aviation rose significantly. The prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia in aircrew members of civil aviation was high. The predominant type was high TG. That was probably partly because of their special working circumstance.
