摘要 基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用热流耦合与单独温度场两种分析方法,对调节阀的温度场进行分析。结果表明,采用热流耦合方法,可以提高温度分析精度,但计算过程复杂。通过对调节阀温度场的数值模拟,提出了降低执行机构温度的有效途径。 The temperature field of control valve is simulated and analyzed by two methods of heat - fluid coupling and separate temperature based on ANSYS. Research results indicates that heat - fluid coupling method has higher accuracy than separate temperature analyzing,but it's calculating process is very complicated. According to numerical simulation of control valve's temperature field, some effective approaches to reduce the temperature of actuator are put forward.
