摘要
通过对德国、西班牙、丹麦、印度等国家鼓励风力发电产业发展政策的回顾,分析了中国风力发电产业面临的主要障碍,提出了进一步推动中国风电产业发展的政策思路。
This paper reviewed the policies of encouraging wind power industry in Germany, Spain, Denmark, India and other countries, pointed out the major obstacles in China＂ s wind power industry, and put forward the basic ideas of the further wind power policy in China.
