廉洁文化作为预防教育的有效载体,对于建设中国特色社会主义共同理想,推崇社会主义荣辱观,倡导社会和谐有着十分重要作用。必须树立好五种观念,把握好五种特性,增强廉洁文化的教育力。
A clean and honest culture,as an effective means for preventing corruption,is of great importance in realizing the common ideal of building the socialism with Chinese characteristics,in fostering the socialist concept of honor and disgrace,and in promoting the harmony of society.We must establish five concepts,grasp the five characteristics and strengthen the education on clean and honest culture.
