乳腺癌促红细胞生成素及其受体表达和肿瘤微血管生成关系研究

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌患者Epo/Epo—R表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法对82例患者分别应用常规方法检测血红蛋白(Hb)值、用酶联免疫法检测血清Epo水平和应用免疫组化法检测Epo—R和肿瘤微血管密度(MVD),并进行相关分析。结果(1)82例肿瘤患者的Epo为(18.64±20.42)mU/ml,明显高于对照组的(8.10±4.96)mU/ml(P〈0.05)。Epo水平和Hb值之间相关分析r=-0.5259(P〈0.001)。(2)有贫血患者的Epo水平明显高于无贫血患者和对照组,而无贫血患者和对照组之间则无明显差异。(3)贫血和无贫血患者的Epo—R分别为(51.69±28.70)%和(43.47±19.84)%(P〉0.05);贫血和无贫血患者的MVD分别为28.31±8.07和32.00±7.66(P〉0.05)。(4)Epo-R的表达与Epo水平和Hb值的高低无关;肿瘤血管的生成与Epo-R的表达和Epo水平、Hb值均不相关。结论乳腺癌患者的Epo水平明显增高,并与Hb值呈负相关;Epo-R和MVD的表达与患者有无贫血无关:肿瘤血管的生成与Epo-R的表达和Epo水平、Hb值均不相关。 Objective To study the correlation between the expression of erythropoietin (Epo)/ Epo - R and mi- crovessel density(MVD) in patients with breast cancer. Methods To test the hemoglobin ( Hb ) , serum Epo levels with ELISA and examine MVD with immuno - histochemistry for 82 patients with carcinoma. Results ( 1 ) The serum levels of Epo of 82 patients.with carcinoma were ( 18.64 ± 20.42 ) mU/ml, but control group were ( 8.10 ± 4.96 ) mU/ml ( P 〈 0. 05 ).The correlation analysis was negative ( r = -0. 5259, P 〈0. 001 ). (2)The Epo levels of patients with aneniia were higher than no - anemia patients and control group, but there were not significance between no - anemian patients and contfil group. ( 3 ) The Epo - R of patients with anemia and no - anemia were ( 51.69± 28.70) % and (43.47±19.84 ) % respectively ( P 〉0. 05 ) ; The MVD in patients with anemia and no - anemia were 28.31 ± 8.07 and 32.00± 7.66 ( P 〉 0. 05 ). (4)The expression of Epo - R had not correlation with Epo levels and Hb levels,and MVD had not correlation with Epo - R, Epo levels and Hb levels. Conclusion The serum Epo levels of patients with breast cancer were higher and was negative cor- relation with Hb levels. The expression Epo - R and MVD had not correlation with Hb levels, there were not correlation between MVD and the Epo - R, Epo levels and Hb levels.
