论民主方式的椭圆特征

在大自然界,圆是理想的存在,椭圆是现实的存在,椭圆理论给我们"第三只眼"重新认识世界。政治民主的协商本身就是椭圆,选举中包含着椭圆,"选举+协商"的中国特色民主也是椭圆民主。椭圆民主以结构主义逻辑重构了我国更高层次的民主体系,其理论基础是对立统一规律、差异协同规律、"和合"文化传统和DNA物质遗传规律。椭圆民主具有"六大定律",即等效定律、聚合定律、有限定律、三维定律、扩张定律和演化定律。在科学发展观指导下,根据椭圆民主理论,我国民主政治未来科学发展的路径和模式核心在平衡,根本在互动,关键在融合,出路在创新。

In natural world,circle is an ideal existence form,while ellipse is the practical one.The Elliptic Theory offers us an opportunity to re-read the world with a 'third eye'.The political deliberative democracy is in elliptic form,election involves elliptic form,and 'election plus deliberativeness'-the democracy with Chinese characteristics is also in elliptic form.The deliberative democracy has restructured China's higher-level democratic system based on structuralism.It is based on the following theories:Law of Unity of Opposites,Law of Coordination of the Differences,the Chinese traditional 'Harmonious and Syncretic' Culture,and Law of DNA Heredity.The Elliptic democracy consists of six laws:law of equivalence,law of polymerization,law of finiteness,law of three-dimensions,law of expansion,and law of correlative evolution.This paper points out that under the guidance of the concept of scientific development,and according to the theory of elliptic democracy,to work out a scientifically development road and model for China's democratic politics,balance,interaction,harmony,and creation are the keys and cores.
