目的验证旋动式人工流产的使用效果和推广的意义。方法分析80例施行旋动式人工流产术的手术经验和体会。结果手术疼痛感减轻、无需扩张子宫口而且没有发现流产手术的近、远期并发症。结论旋动式人工流产手术具有基本不需要扩宫，手术过程中没有负压，对受术者副作用减轻的优点，但是未能完全解决小号刮匙探查带来的疼痛问题，仍需进一步的完善。手术经验是术前口服米索前列醇对手术的效果尤为重要，手术中的旋流环首次转动转速不宜过快或时间过长，也不宜反复变换旋流环的转动方向，否则容易绞碎孕囊而不宜缠取。

Objective To validate the clinical effectiveness and significance of rotary abortion. Methods The experience in 80 cases with rotary abortion was analyzed. Results Without the expansion of uterine orifice in rotary abortion, the pain was remarkably mild in all 80 cases and the complications seldom appeared after the operation. Conclusion The rotary abortion can in some extent avoid the expansion of uterine orifice and reduce the pain. With the advantages of less pain and tess damages, the clinical application of rotary abortion should be further consummated. The experience of rotary abortion is as follows ： Taking misoprostol orally before operation has an importance influence on the effect of operation; the speed of rotation ring and the retain time must be suitable at the first time, and the direction of rotation should not be changed frequently, other- wise, the pregnancy sac can be broken.
