腹腔镜胆囊切除联合手术的应用体会

Clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除联合手术的应用体会。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2007年1月102例腹腔镜胆囊切除（LC）联合手术的临床资料，其中LC联合阑尾切除术31例，联合胆总管探查9例，联合肝囊肿开窗术13例，联合腹股沟疝修补术5例，联合肾囊肿开窗术3例，联合精索静脉曲张高位结扎术6例，联合妇科手术25例。结果所有手术均获得成功，无一例中转开腹，术后发生胆漏2例，均经非手术疗法治愈。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除联合手术能安全、有效、经济地处理多种腹部疾病，充分体现微刨外科手术的优越性。

Objective To study the Clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） combined with other laparoscopic surgery. Methods 102 cases of LC combined with other laparoscopic surgery between Jan 2000 to Jan 2007 were reviewed retrospectively. LC was combined with appendectomy in 31 cases,with choledochal exploration in 9 cases,with fenestration of hepatic cyst in 13 cases,with herniorrhaphy in 5 cases,with fenestration of renal cyst in 3 eases ,with ligation of varicocele in 6 cases,with obstetrics operations in 25 cases. Results Laparoscopic operations were successful in 102 cases, and no eases were converted to laparotomy . Postoperative bile leakage occurred in 2 cases ,and all healed with conservative therapy. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other laparoscopic surgery can adequately present the advantages of microsurgery by safe , effective and economical management of various abdominal diseases.
