腹腔镜在高位隐睾手术中的应用

Application of laparoscopy for the surgery of intra - abdominal testis

目的探讨腹腔镜技术在高位隐睾手术中的应用。方法总结腹腔镜下10例（12侧）隐睾的诊治经验，并结合相关资料进行分析。结果10例手术均顺利完成，术后随访6个月，9例满意，1例位置偏高。结论腹腔镜可准确定位诊断和治疗高位隐睾。

Objective To study the value of laparoscopic in the diagnosis and management for the intra - abdominal testis. Methods 10 patients（ 12 sides） with intra - abdominal were explored under laparoscopy, and analysized with relate data. Results The laparoscopic operation in all patients was successful, the patients were followed up 6 months , showing satisfactory results except for one patiant. Conclusion Laparoslopy has been proved to be a reliable means comfirming the diagnosis and management for Intra - abdominal testis.
