双钢板治疗股骨髁部C型骨折

The treatment of type C femoral intercondylar fracture with dual plate

目的探讨股骨髁部c型骨折（AO分型）外侧髁钢板加内侧支持钢板固定的疗效。方法总结笔者所在科自2002年以来髁部C型骨折的10例采用外侧髁钢板加内侧支持钢板固定患者临床资料，以术后膝关节Kol—ment评分及是否骨愈合判别疗效，随访12～36个月。结果膝关节Kolment评分优良率90％，骨愈合率达100％。结论切开复位双钢板内固定治疗股骨髁C型骨折具有较好疗效，术后可早期功能锻炼，减少骨折后期并发症。

Objective To explore the curative effects of type C femoral intercondylar fracture （AO Classification） with dual plate. Methods Total 10 case of subjects with type C femoral intercondy]ar fracture （ AO Classification） accepted internal fixation with with dual plate since 2002 ,and the postoperative curative effects were analyzed by Kolment scale （knee joint） and degree of knitting. All cases were followed up for 12 - 36months. Results Among all 10 patients according to Kolment scale ,7 eases showed excellent ,2 good cases , 1 poor cases respectively, and all 10 patients got knitting. Conclusion Dual plate internal fixation is suitable for type C femoral intercondylar fracture, which is helpful for patients to run early functional exercise and reduce complication following fracture.
