摘要
目的通过企业医院体制改革前、后期医务人员的心理健康状况对比调查了解企业医院三年来的体制改革成功与否。方法在三年体制改革后期对包铁医院在职职工,按不同年龄、不同职业类别分组,采用SCL-90(症状自评量表)再次进行调查,并将结果与三年前的调查结果进行对比分析。结果年龄〉45岁组、机关后勤组的SCL-90总分值及因子分中人际交往、抑郁、焦虑等分值改革后期明显低于改革前期(P〈0.05)结论三年来企业医院体制改革是成功的。
Objective Through enterprise hospital organizational reform before, later period medical personnel's psychologically healthy condition contrast investigation understanding enterprise hospital for three years organizational reform success or not. Methods In three years organizational reform later period to the package of hard hospital in office staff, according to the disparity in age, the different professional category grouping, uses SCL -90 (symptom from tocomment meter) to carry on the investigation once more, and carries onthe result with three year ago investigation result the contrast analysis. Resuits The age 〉 45 year old of group, in the institution rear service group's SCL -90 total score value and the factor point the human communication is despondent, the anxious division value reform later period obviously is lower than the reform earlier period ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion For three years enterprise hospital organizational reform is successful.
