摘要
冠状动脉内窥镜通过对冠脉内腔的直视，对于粥样斑块、血栓及夹层等诊断可靠。根据血栓的颜色可间接推定其与病因间的关系。目前已广泛用于冠脉成形术疗效评价等方面。
