摘要
进行了回热器对R404A制冷剂性能影响的实验研究,得出了有无回热器工况下运行时机组的性能参数,并对它们进行了比较和分析。得到的结论是:回热器对R404A制冷系统性能在低温工况下是有利的;回热器虽然会使制冷系统的制冷量和COP增加,但都会引起压缩机排气温度升高,某些工况最高排气温度达到了162.8℃,会影响压缩机的正常运行。
An experimental study on the influence of liquid - suction heat exchanger on the performances of R404A refrigerant was carried out. Performance parameters of R404A refrigerating system with liquid - suction heat exchanger and without liquid - suction heat exchanger were tested. They were compared and analyzed. The experimental study led to result as follow: it is beneficial to use liquid - suction heat exchanger in R404A refrigerating system under low temperature conditions ; liquid - suction heat exchanger improves the cooling capacity and COP, increases the discharging temperature greatly, with the highest dischar- ging temperature of 162.8℃, which mig19t influence the normal operation of compressor.
