Introduces the general process and basic pricinple which should be followed when doing manufactured treatment for topology optimization ,makes manufactured treatment of topology optimization for bus body frame,establishes new body frame structure.Through test calculation,at the meantime of ensuring the strength stiffness of structure,the quality of new structure reduces 37% compared with original one,the test calculation proves the feasibility of treatment.
