摘要
分析了铠装光缆以高强度钢丝在完全退扭铠装机上进行双层铠装工艺时使其达到扭矩平衡的基本原理,介绍了铠装光缆内扭矩的计算方法,并推导了双层铠装光缆铠装工艺参数的函数表达式。最后,指出了确定铠装光缆双层铠装工艺参数的途径。
The basic principles of achieving torque balance when using fully back-twist armoring machine to carry out double armoring process with armoring wires on armored fiber optic cable is analyzed. The calculation method of the torque in armored fiber optic cable is presented, and the function expressions of the parameters used in the armoring process of double armored fiber optic cables are derived. Finally, the approach to determine the parameters used in the armoring process of double armored fiber optic cables is pointed out.
