周剂量紫杉醇、顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of weekly dose of paclitaxel,cisplatin combined with fluorouracil therapy with advanced gastric cancer

目的研究周剂量紫杉醇(PTX)、顺铂(DDP)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法晚期胃癌29例,PTX75mg/㎡,静滴3h,每周1次,连用2周;DDP20mg/㎡,第1～5天静脉滴注;5-Fu500mg/㎡,第1～5天静脉滴注。以上化疗方案每4周重复,2个周期后评价疗效。结果22例晚期胃癌总有效率65.5%,其中CR2例(6.9%),PR17例(58.6%)。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论PTX、DDP联合5-Fu对晚期胃癌近期效果显著,毒副反应较小。

Objective To observe short term effect and adverse reaction of weekly dose of paclitaxel （PTX）,cisplatin （DDP） combined with fluorouracil （5-FU） for the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods twenty-nine patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with PTX 75mg/m^2 dropping 3 hours weekly for 2 weeks, DDP 20mg/m^2 dropping d1-5, 5-Fu500mg/m^2 Dropping d1-5.the regimen was repeated every 4 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles. Result The total effective rate was 65.5% in the 29 patients With advanced cancer, including 2 cases CR and 17 cases PR. The main toxicity were myelosuppression and alimentary canal reactions. Conclusion PTX,DDP combined with 5-Fu can achieve remarkable effect in patient with advanced gastric cancer and toxicity is low.
