摘要
本文分析了联勤体制改革后特勤疗养工作面临的新情况、新特点,阐述了疗养院在保障和加强战斗力方面的重要性。介绍了适应这些新情况在硬件设施、优质服务及制度和学科建设等方面主要做法和经验。
The new situation and characteristics were analyzed after the reform of joint logistics system. And then the experiences were introduced to improve service ability in hardware facilities, high quality service, new system and construction of the disciplines.
