腹腔镜检查诊断女性盆腔包块的价值(附277例临床分析)

Diagnostic value of laparoscopy on women pelvic mass:clinical analysis of 277 cases.

目的：探讨腹腔镜检查诊断盆腔包块的价值。方法：回顾分析２７７例盆腔包块的腹腔镜检查结果。结果：经腹腔镜检发现９３．８％的患者有不同程度的病变，５２．２％患者更正了原诊断和／或发现了新病变。镜检失败率１．１％，漏诊、误诊率５％。结论：腹腔镜检查可使绝大多数盆腔包块得到正确诊断及处理。

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of laparoscopy on patients with pelvic mass.Method:277 cases with pelvic mass examined with laparoscopy were reviewed.Results:938% of the patients had pathological changes in various degrees.The diagnosis was corrected and/or new pelvic lesions were found in 52.1% of the cases.Failure rate was 1.1%.Misdiagnosis rate and incorrect diagnosis rate were 5%.Conclusion:Laparoscopy examination can help to diagnose most pelvic masses correctly.
