摘要
随着《招标投标法》的颁布,要求工程项目的招投标工作必须更加规范、严谨,文章针对目前国内影响工程施工项目招投标的因素进行了分析,并提出施工招投标中的控制要点、建议。
The promulgation of the Inviting and Entering Bids Law of China makes it more standard and strict in bid invitation for the construction project. The article analyzes the factors that has been influencing bid invitation of the construction project and then it proposes as how to do this work well.
