摘要
职业技能鉴定既是对劳动者职业技术水平的一种考核与认定,也是企业高素质员工队伍建设的一项重要工作。文章结合中铁四局的职业技能鉴定实践,对此作了充分肯定。
Vocational performance test not only rates and accredits the employees＇ professional, qualification but also helps to build a team of high-quality talents for the construction enterprise. The article stresses that it is essential for the construction enterprise to practice vocational performance test.
