摘要 非正弦电路的无功测量是当前电力测量研究的热点。在给定定义下,为了准确测量全无功电能,本文介绍了一种结合准同步算法和离散Hilbert的无功测量方法。解决了传统移相方法无法测量谐波无功的问题,同时,由于采用了准同步算法,其目标精度可以适应较宽的电网频率波动。仿真结果表明,此方法具有相当于同步采样法的测量精度。基于准同步算法和IIR-Hilbert变换器的无功测量方法,具有硬件成本低、测量精度高和易于实现等特点,适用于多功能电能表装置。 Reactive power measurement of non-sinusoidal circuit is the hot-spot research in Electric Power System. For accurate t of reactive power in non-sinusoidal circuit, this article introduces a method integrating quasi-synchronous sampling theory with digital-phase-shift network. The method not only solves the problem of traditional idea, but also achieves high accuracy while wide frequency fluctuation with quasi-synchronous algorithm. The simulation shows that we can approximate the accuracy of ideal synchronous sampling condition with this new method. The design method for reactive power measurement using quasi-synchronous algorithm and IIR-Hilbert Transformer can be applied on Multi-Function Power Meter with low hardware cost, high accuracy and easy implementation.
