摘要
结合实际工作,以实例给出三相电能计量标准装置测量结果的不确定度评定与验证的方法和步骤,评定结果给出了测量结果的可靠程度。测量不确定度能够全面说明计量设备的测量能力的优劣,成为考核电能计量标准装置综合性能的重要依据。
In this paper, the method and process of evaluation and validation in measure uncertainty are proposed as an example on measuring results of the three-phase standard electrical energy measuring equipment. The reliability is confirmed by the results of evaluation. It is accounted for all-around the capability of the measure in the equipment. Measure uncertainty is an important factor in verifying the general capability standard electric energy equipment.
