An exoteric and recapitulative expression was given in this paper for the research on bridge measurement of Zhang Gongming and Zhao Fuzhen, who are researchers of National Institute of Metrology. The content includes the principles of the impedance increment ratio network, compound ratio network, holography ratio network and the impedance neutralization measuring, the principles and applications of the neutralization bridge, the equilateral hyperbolic bridge.
