摘要
超宽带天线技术具有广泛的应用前景,TEM喇叭天线是一种典型的超宽带天线.应用辐射方程,分析了带地板的TEM喇叭天线,对超宽带TEM喇叭天线阻抗和辐射特性问题进行了研究.该TEM喇叭天线由1个三角形金属板和1个地板组成,采用同轴线形式馈电.基于传输线模型,对TEM喇叭天线进行了建模仿真,并进行实验研究,结果表明,在1 GHz^18 GHz频带内,反射系数控制在-10 dB以下,增益在8dB以上,并且在2 GHz^14 GHz频率范围内,增益均在12 dB以上.测试结果表明,该天线具有良好的阻抗特性、定向性和群延迟特性,对脉冲辐射通信系统和超宽带雷达的研究具有很好的理论与实用价值.
Ultra-wideband antenna technology has a wide range of potential applications and the transverse electro- magnetic (TEM) horn antenna is a representative uhra-wideband antenna. Based on analysis of this horns radiation equation, the impedance and radiation characteristics of an ultra-wideband TEM horn antenna with a floorboard structure was analyzed. It has a simple structure, consisting of a triangular metal plate and a floorboard, and is fed by a coaxial-line. By analyzing the transmission characteristics, a model was simulated and fabricated. The results show that between 1 GHz and 18 GHz, reflection coefficient is below - 10 dB and gain is above 8dB; between 2 GHz - 14 GHz, gain is above 12 dB. Measurement results show that this antenna has good impedance characteristics, satisfactory direetivity and group delay characteristics, and this antenna has perfect theoretical and applied values for impulse radiation communication systems and uhra-wideband radar.
