c-fos和c-jun在宫颈癌、CIN及宫颈炎中的表达及意义 被引量:7

Protein c-fos and c-jun Expression in Cervical Invasive Carcinoma,Cervical Premalignant Lesion(CIN) and Cervicitis

摘要 目的:检测c-fos蛋白和c-jun蛋白在宫颈癌、CIN以及宫颈炎组织中的表达,并探讨其意义。方法:免疫组织化学S-P法检测23例宫颈癌、11例CINIII、13例CINII、20例CINI、10例宫颈炎组织标本中c-fos和c-jun蛋白的表达。结果:①c-fos蛋白在宫颈癌、CINIII、CINII和CINI以及宫颈炎中的表达分别为82.6%(19/23)、65.2%(7/11)、46.2%(6/13)、35.0%(7/20)、0.0%(0/10);②c-jun蛋白在宫颈癌、CINIII、CINII、CINI以及宫颈炎中的阳性表达率分别为78.3%(18/23)、54.5%(6/11)、38.5%(5/13)、30.0%(6/20)、0.0%(0/10);③c-fos和c-jun在宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈炎中的表达均有显著差异(H=0.000,P<0.05);经秩相关检验分析,c-fos和c-jun在宫颈炎、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.581,P=0.000)。结论:c-fos和c-jun蛋白的表达可能与宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌的发生密切相关,两者可能在宫颈癌的发生过程中起一定的协同作用。 Objective: To examine the expression of c-fos and c-jun in utenne cervix cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasias (CINs) and cervicitis, and investigate its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining of c-fos and c-jun oncoprotein was per-formed in 23 cases with invasive cervical carcinomas, 44 with CINs and 10 with cervicitis. In the patients with invasive cervical cancer, 20 were squamous carcinoma of the cervix, 3 were adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix. In the patients with CIN, 20 were CINⅠ, 13 were CINⅡ, 11 were CINⅢ. Results: ①The expression of c-fos in cervical invasive carcinoma, CINⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and eervicitis were 82.6 % (19/23), 35.0 %(7/20), 46.2 %(6/13), 65.2 %(7/11), 0.0 %(0/10) respectively.② The expression of c-jun in cervical invasive carcinoma, CINⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and cervicitis were 78.3 %(18/23), 30.0 %(6/20), 38.5 %(5/13), 54.5 %(6/11), 0.0 %(0/10), respectively.③The expression of c-fos and c-juns in invasive cervical carcinomas were significantly higher than those in C1N tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of c-los and c-jun in CINs were also significantly higher than those in cervical cervicitis tissues. And the expression of c-los was positive correlat- ed with c-jun in cervical carcinoma and CIN. Conclusion: The over-expression of c-fos and c-jun may play an important role in the occur-rence of cervical carcinoma and CIN. They make synergistic action in the process of uterine cervix cancer.
