细辛挥发油镇痛作用机制的初步实验研究

Analgesic Effects of Asarum Volatile Oil and Its Mechanisms

目的:研究细辛挥发油的镇痛作用机制。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细辛挥发油成分,将其配制成不同剂量组,检测乙酸致痛小鼠脑组织和血清中NO、PGE2、MDA含量以及NOS和SOD活性。结果:细辛挥发油提取物能使乙酸致痛小鼠脑组织和血清中NO、PGE2、MDA含量及NOS活性明显降低,SOD活性明显增强。结论:细辛挥发油的镇痛作用机制可能与降低NO、PGE2、MDA含量及NOS活性,提高SOD活性有关。

Objective： To study the analgesic effects of asarum. Methods： Asarum volatile oil was obtained through steam distillation. Mice writhing response induced by ip 0.8 % acetic acid was adopted to observe the analgesia effect of asarum volatile oil. The content of nitricoxide （NO）, prosraglandinE2 （PGE2） and malondialdehyde （MDA） and the activity of nitric-oxide Synthase （NOS） and su- peroxide dismu-tase （SOD） in the mice blood serum and brain tissue were detected. Results： The asarum volatile oil reduced the content of NO, PGE2 and MDA, inhibited the activity of NOS, and promoted the activity of SOD. Conclusion： The analgesic effects of asarum volatile oil may be related to the content of NO, PGE2 and MDA, and the activity of NOS and SOD.
