摘要
巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)是一种多功能细胞因子,通过多种信号转导途径参与机体各种炎症性、自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤的发生与发展。本文综述了MIF的信号转导机制及基于MIF靶向治疗的最新研究进展。
Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), a multifunctional cytokine, is involved in the development and progression of many inflammatory, autoimmune diseases and tumor through various signaling transduction pathways. In this paper, we reviewed the latest research progress of the signal transduction mechanism and the targeted therapy of MIF.
