摘要 最小模型是模拟内分泌代谢系统中葡萄糖-胰岛素相互作用的数学模型,它与多样本静脉葡萄糖耐量试验相结合,定量地评估胰岛素敏感性、葡萄糖效能。这些指数对临床与基础研究、糖尿病流行病研究都具有重要的作用。本文对最小模型的发展、与之相关的数学模型及其应用方面进行了综述。 The minimal model is a mathematical model for mimicrying the interaction between glucose and insulin in endocrine and metabolic systems. By an intravenous glucose tolerance test, the minimal model is widely used in clinical studies to measure glucose effectiveness and insulin sensitivity, which are very important for epidemiological studies, clinical and basic science investigations, and eventual use in clinical practice. This review discussed the development of minimal model, the related mathematical models and their application.
