DNA微阵列在药物研究中的应用

摘要 DNA微阵列是传统分子生物学向后基因组学过渡中发展起来的新技术,具有高通量,速度快的优点,并能够在药物和基因之间架起一座桥梁,从基因水平上来解释药物的作用机理,因此在新型药物开发和分析中具有广泛的应用前景。本文着重介绍了该技术的概况和在药物开发和分析中的应用,并提出了该技术在药物开发和分析的前景和展望。 DNA microarray is a new technology in the transition of traditional molecular biology to the Post-genomics. It is a kind of technology with high-throughput and efficiency. It will be used extensively in drug discovery and analysis, because it can build a bridge between drugs and genes and can explain mechanisms of drugs on the gene level. In this paper, we introduced DNA microarray technology and its application in drug discovery and analysis, and made further prospect of the technology in discovery and analysis of drugs.
