摘要
纳米碳管/碳化钨复合粉体材料具有高硬度、高强度的"双高"良好特性,是良好的复合镀层增强材料。研究以Na2WO4.2H2O和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,在微波等离子体的作用下,通过对钨的强制碳化,直接制备了分散均匀的纳米碳管/碳化钨复合粉体材料。利用电泳电解复合沉积技术,获得了镍基纳米碳管/碳化钨复合镀层,该镀层强度高、耐磨性能良好。
The CNTs/WC powder has the good characters of high rigidity and high strength, which is the good reforcing materials for the compsite coating. This study shows that the CNTs/WC powder is directly prepared by using Na2WO4·2H2O as raw material, through the process of microwave plasma CVD which can accelerate the carbonization of the tungsten . The CNTs can disperse the tungsten carbide efficaciously, as evidenced by the well despersed composite. Through the technology of Ni matrix CNTs/WC composite coating, this electrophoresis-electrolysis composite deposition coating is obtained high rigidity and good wear resistance.
