摘要
采用sol-gel法,以正硅酸乙酯作为反应的前驱体,硝酸银为抗菌活性成分,硝酸锌作为Zn2+掺杂试剂,通过浸渍提拉法在普通的玻璃基片上制备Zn2+掺杂的Ag-SiO2复合薄膜,用XPS光电子能谱对薄膜上的Ag的价态进行了研究,用抑菌圈法评价复合薄膜的抗菌性能。结果表明:Zn2+掺杂能够显著提高Ag-SiO2复合薄膜的抗菌性能。
In this paper, Ag-SiO2 composite films were prepared by dipping glass substrates in a sol prepared using tetraethyl orthosilicate as a precursor, silver nitrate as a antibacterial component and zinc nitrate as a source of Zn^2+ . The valent of Ag in the film was determined by XPS and the antibacterial property of Ag-SiO2 films was valued by the Bacteriostatic Ring Method. The results show that doping Zn^2+ can improve the antibacterial property of Ag-SiO2 films markedly.
