Reconstructing Steel Slag According to Composition of Cement Clinker

摘要 研究了按水泥熟料组成对钢渣进行重构,探讨了不同率值和重构温度对钢渣矿物形成的影响,初步选出了较佳的率值和合理的重构温度,并对重构钢渣的强度进行了研究。结果表明,随着石灰饱和系数(KH)、硅率(n)和铝率(p)的增大,重构钢渣中胶凝性矿物含量增加,硬化浆体结构变得致密,强度提高,但过高的KH会引起游离氧化钙含量增加,较佳的率值约为KH=0.92,n=2.5和p=1.5;重构温度过低,添加的调整成分吸收不充分,胶凝性矿物含量偏低且晶体发育不良,但是重构温度过高会使胶凝性矿物晶型发育过于完整,较适宜的温度为1300—1350℃。 In the paper, the steel slag is reconstructed according to composition of cement clinker. The influences of the ratio values (KH, SM and IM) and the reconstructive temperature are investigated. And the suitable ratio values and temperature are chose. The results show that the quantity of cementations minerals of reconstructive steel slag increases with the increasing of KH, n and p. The microstructure of harden paste becomes compact, and the compressive strength is enhanced. But if the KH were too high, the quantity of free lime would be increased. When the KH is 0.92, n is 2.5 and p is 1.5, the effect of reconstruction is the best. If the temperature is too low, the additives can' t be absorbed. The quantity of cementations minerals is low and the crystal becomes badness. But if the temperature is too high, the crystal will become perfect. So the best range of temperature is 1 300--1 350 ℃.
