摘要
高粘度改性沥青结合料能显著提高混合料的强度,特别是在温度较高的条件下,混合料抗变形能力显著增加。通过长时间水煮法及改进的冻融劈裂试验,评价不同种类沥青结合料与矿料的粘结能力,分析结合料和空隙率对排水性沥青混合料水稳定性的影响。结果表明:结合料60℃动力粘度和排水性混合料的空隙率是影响其水稳定性的重要因素;采用高粘度改性沥青后,排水性沥青混合料抗水损害能力显著提高。
Modified asphalt binder with high viscosity can improve the intensity of mixture, especially at high temperature. By means of water boiling with long time and improved freeze-thaw split, adhesion between asphalt and coarse aggregate can be evaluated, and influence of binder and air void ratio on water stability of porous asphalt mixture can be analyzed. The results indicate that dynamic viscosity of binder at 60 ℃ and air void ratio influence the water stability of porous asphalt pavement obviously. Using high viscosity modified asphalt, porous asphalt mixture can resist water corrosion and spalling effectively.
