3种方法在治疗烧伤后增生性疤痕的疗效比较

目的探讨治疗增生性疤痕的有效方法。方法将90例烧伤后增生性疤痕患者按就诊次序随机分为压力法、外用疤痕贴法和压力外用疤痕贴联合法3组,每组各30例。比较治疗20d后3组患者疤痕厚度情况。结果3组患者治疗20d后疤痕厚度比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。采用联合治疗方法后,患者的疤痕最薄,外用疤痕贴组其次,压力组最厚。结论压力外用疤痕贴联合法对治疗增生性疤痕的疗效最强。

Objective To study an effective therapy for hypertrophic scar. Methods 90 cases with hypertrophic scar divided randomly into three groups equally were treated with pressing, external application of silicone scar sheet and the combined therapy, respectively. Then the thickness was compared between the three groups after treating for 20 days. Results There were significant differences among the groups in scar thickness （P〈0.05）. The scar thickness in the combined therapy was the smallest, followed bysilicone scar shat group and pressing alone group. Conclusion Silicone scar sheet combined with pressing is most effective in treating hypertrophic scars.
