不同年级男性护理本科生专业态度的调查

摘要 目的了解男性护理本科生(以下简称男护生)专业态度现状并比较不同年级男护生专业态度的差异,为目前的护理专业教育措施提供建议。方法参考相关文献自行设计调查问卷,并在同一时间内对3个年级共85名男护生的专业态度及其相关因素进行调查。结果不同年级男护生在是否喜欢护理专业和是否会转专业两方面的比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;就业好是影响男护生专业态度最重要的正面因素;专业社会地位低是影响男护生专业态度最重要的负面因素。结论男护生专业态度不稳定,加强男护生的专业思想教育,探索男护生的培养和使用模式是巩固男护生专业态度的有效途径。 Objective To investigate the attitudes of male undergraduates towards nursing, and compare their attitudes between male students in different grades. Method Eighty-five male nursing undergraduates in different grades involved in the investigation on their attitudes towards nursing profession and the relevant factors at the same time. Results The differences were significant in whether male nursing students in different grades liked nursing major and whether they would turn to other major (P 〈 0.05). Better employment was the most important positive factor influencing the attitude of male nursing students to nursing major, while low social status of the profession was the most important negative factor influencing their attitude. Conclusions Male nursing students have unstable attitude towards their major. Strengthening the education on nursing profession and exploring the models for training male nursing undergraduates are effective to consolidate the professional thinking of male nursing undergraduates.
