摘要
目的增强对突发卫生事件的预案认识,提高军队医院卫勤保障能力。方法汶川地震医疗救援实践回顾与反思。结果对抗震救灾卫勤保障工作特点进行了归纳描述与思考。结论建立应急卫勤预案,及时调整方案与实施流程,合理调配卫勤力量,科学实施卫生防疫是震灾医学救援卫勤保障的关键环节。
Objective To strengthen the sense of planning for health emergencies, and to enhance the capability of medical support of military hospital. Methods The medical rescue practice in Wenchuan earthquake was reviewed. Results The characteristics of medical rescue work of earthquake were induced, described and reflected. Conclusion To deal with the medical rescue service for earthquake, it is essential to improve the medical plan, to adjust program in time, and to config the medical service reasonably.
