对我国土地承包经营权流转的经济学思考

党的十七届三中全会的召开使土地承包经营权流转问题再次成为学界关注的焦点。本文以我国土地承包经营权流转问题为出发点,从经济学角度对当前我国土地承包经营权流转中存在的问题进行了分析,认为土地流转机制和土地流转市场的不完善和不健全是目前土地承包经营权改革的症结所在。

The Convening of The Third Plenum of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee made the circulation of land contractual management fight the focus of attention of academic circles. Based on this, the paper analyzed the problems that exist in it front the economic point of view and proposed that the imperfect land transfer mechanism and land circulation market is the crux of reforming land contractual management right.
