Biography of Yingying represents the aesthetic ideas of the author. Besides the creation of the image of Yingying, the artistic values of the work are also reflected in the following aspects, such as the description of the complexities of figures＇ personalities, the using of metaphorical techniques of the Spring and Autumn period, the innovative exploration of structure, and the fusion of many literary factors, etc..
