摘要
近年来原子力显微镜在组织工程领域的应用进展迅速,除了用于表面拓扑形态的表征,原子力显微镜还在表面纳米结构制备、材料和细胞力学性质、细胞生物学等多个方面的研究中发挥了重要作用,本文介绍了原子力显微镜的工作原理及其在组织工程学中的应用。
In recent years, the applications of atomic force microscopy (AFM) have underpinned the fast pro- gress in the area of tissue engineering. Besides the study of surface morphology in the dimension of micro- and nano-, AFM has played an important role in the fabrication of micro- and nano-structure as well as in the investigation of mechanical properties of material and cell. This overview is aimed to introduce the principle of AFM and to review its recent applications in tissue engineering.
