摘要
对骨组织而言,正常的生理活动可导致骨骼的局部变形(应变)、微观损伤、压电电位、骨小管内液体流动和流动电位。骨内电现象主要包括压电效应、动电效应和生物电,这些电生理特性被广泛的应用于骨的治疗。文章对骨组织电学特性的临床应用进行了综述,包括电(电磁)刺激成骨和压电膜成骨。
To bone tissues, the normal physiological activity can lead to local deformation (strain), micro-damage, piezoelectric potentials, fluid flowing in bone canaliculus and streaming potentials. Intraosseous electric phenomena mainly include piezoelectric effect, electrokinetic effect and bioelectricity. These electrophysiological properties have been widely applied in clinical treatment of bone. This review article analyses the clinical application of electrical properties of bone tissues, including electric (electromagnetic) stimulation osteogenesis and piezoelectric diaphragm osteogenesis.
