摘要
员工心理契约是员工对自己与组织相互责任的理解与认知。文章从员工的视角出发,采用自行研制的问卷,对山东省的10家中小企业共550名员工进行了员工心理契约的实证研究。通过对员工心理契约的两个方面——组织责任和员工责任的研究,得出了其三维结构、人口统计变量的差异性以及两者间的相互关系。最后,在总结研究结论的基础上,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Employee psychological contract is the understanding and apperception of employees to mutual responsibilities in the relationship between individual and organization. From the visual angle of employee, the paper conducts empirical research on employee psycho- logical contract by questionnaire investigation. In the research, the samples are selected from 550 employees of 10 small and medium- sized enterprises in Shandong Province. For the two facets of employee psychological contract which are organization obligation and em- ployee obligation, the results about three - dimension mode, difference of demographic variables and the relationship between them are drawn by analysis. Finally, on the basis of these research conclusions, the issues need to be further studied are also discussed.
