油品销售企业进行客户优化管理有其必要性和紧迫性,文章结合客户管理流程和油品销售企业现实,提出油品销售企业客户优化管理的基本模型,对内促进油品销售企业的客户管理工作,对外提升竞争力,以应对复杂多变的油品市场。
For petroleum products sales enterprises, it is essential and urgent to do the manage work of customers' optimization. This paper integrates the process of customer management and the reality of petroleum products sales enterprises, and proposes the basic model for petroleum sales enterprises to optimize the customer management, which can promote the work of customer management and enhance their competitiveness to cope with the complex and unpredictable petroleum products market.
