摘要
企业文化根据企业产权的不同,划分为国有企业文化与民营企业文化,由于国有企业与民营企业的不同属性,他们之间的企业文化就存在差异。文章归纳出精神追求、体制形式、员工行为三方面的差异,研究了造成这些差异的影响因素为企业产权性质、经营目标、企业家的选择机制、思想政治色彩,以期给我国国有企业与民营企业的企业文化建设提供启示。
