摘要
从本质含义看,企业文化是企业的生存方式。企业文化既不是各种文化要素的总和,也不是单纯的群体心理,是企业成员的群体心理和群体行为的统一,有心理认同而无相应的行为方式,文化就尚未形成。与企业文化概念相应,企业文化管理的关键就是如何使一定的理念转化为相应的稳定的行为方式。企业文化管理虽然事务纷繁复杂,但我们可以从管理过程抽象出企业文化管理的一般规律以及每一个子过程所要达到的阶段目标。而建立规范的企业文化管理评估体系也是企业文化管理所必须的。
Looking from the essential meaning, the enterprise culture is enterprise's survival way. The enterprise culture is already not each cultural feature sum total, is also not the pure community psychology, is the enterprise member's community psychology and the group behavior unification, has the psychology to approve, but not corresponding behavior way, the culture not yet forms. It is corresponding with the enterprise culture concept, how is the enterprise culture management's key causes certain idea to transform as the corresponding stable behavior way. Although enterprise culture management business complex, but we may abstract the stage goal which from the management process the enterprise culture management the general rule as well as each sub-process must achieve. The establishment standard enterprise culture management appraisal system is also the enterprise culture administration center must.
