摘要
近年来,我国电信等一些基础设施行业的国有经济垄断问题引起了社会各界的普遍关注和指责。但我们认为,有效规制的不足、抵御国外资本威胁的需要和亟待解决的行业重组等因素使目前保持国有经济在我国电信等一些基础设施行业的控制成为合理的或必然的选择。
In recent years, the issue of monopoly of state-owned enterprise in such infrastructure industries as telecommunication in China has aroused general concern and criticism. But we hold that we need to maintain state - owned enterprise＇s domination over such infrastructure industries as telecommunication in China for the reason of lack of effective regulation and need of resistance to overseas capital＇s attack and urgent reorganization of industries.
