丙型肝炎病毒细胞培养系统的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒HCV是非甲非乙型肝炎的主要病因,为单股正链RNA病毒,属黄病毒家族。全世界约有1.7亿人感染HCV,中国有大约4000万的HCV携带者^[1]。据预测,未来几十年中HCV感染人群还将继续增长。世界范围的高感染率,治疗手段和疫苗的缺乏使HCV成为研究的热点。一直以来,由于缺乏有效的HCV体外细胞培养体系,严重影响了HCV复制机制及新HCV防控策略的研究。2005年JFH1培养体系的建立突破了HCV不能体外培养的技术难题^[2]。在此基础上,HCV细胞培养技术取得突飞猛进的发展并广泛的应用于HCV相关研究中。
