右肺腺癌视交叉转移一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，64岁，因咳嗽、咳白痰2个月，胸闷、胸痛伴视物模糊，行走不稳7d入院。胸部和颅脑CT检查示，右肺下叶中心型肺癌并纵隔、肺门淋巴结转移，多发脑转移。颅脑MRI检查示，小脑蚓部偏左侧一结节样强化灶，截面约0．4cm×0．6cm；视交叉体积增大，呈结节状异常强化信号影，约0．8cm×0．8cm×1．2cm，考虑为小脑、视交叉转移瘤。患者行纤维支气管镜检查并活检，病理报告为低分化腺癌。入院后给予同步放化疗。化疗方案为长春瑞滨40mg，
