摘要
与以往的职业者相比,知识员工往往具有独特的价值观念和对个人成长的多元需求,而且他们大多接受过系统的专业教育或培训,在追求多变的挑战性工作的同时也热衷于追求美满的家庭生活。然而,现实中知识员工工作—家庭冲突普遍存在。特别是在高科技企业中,知识员工的工作和生活节奏更快,维持其工作—家庭的平衡对于企业经济活力以及家庭幸福都有很重要的作用。
Knowledge employees have more unique values and needs patterns than previous professionals. Most of them have received formal education or profession training. And when they are pursuing changeable and challenge work, they also keen on building glamour life. However, the work and family conflict of knowledge employees exists generally in realities. Especially because the work and life rhythm of those knowledge employees who are in high technological enterprises are much faster. Therefore, it is very important to maintain organizations energy and family happiness that knowledge employees balance their work and family.
